Work

Retirement Tax Services – Director of Advisor Relations & Client Success (2022–2025)Owned the full sales and client success cycle from prospecting to close, onboarding, retention, and renewal for more than 250 financial advisors and 600 individual tax households nationwide. Achieved 90% retention and reduced churn by 30%, stabilizing over $1.56M in annual recurring revenue. Designed and implemented scalable onboarding systems, guided video walkthroughs, and CRM automations that improved engagement and operational efficiency. Drove direct and indirect revenue growth by converting advisors whose tax clients generated over $600K annually in additional tax-prep revenue. Led sales operations for the annual Tax Planning Summit, producing $225K in event ticket revenue in one quarter and $90K in membership sales during the two-day summit.Hood & Associates CPAs – Senior Operations Executive Assistant (2020–2022)Played a key role in post-acquisition integration efforts across 14 offices in four states, driving operational alignment and process consistency firm-wide. Trained and led administrative teams to improve efficiency in tax return assembly, client delivery, and overall service quality. Partnered with leadership to launch a hospitality initiative that elevated the client experience and strengthened internal culture. Planned and executed the firm’s annual company-wide training event and holiday celebration, managing every detail—from budgeting and travel logistics to venue coordination and vendor relations—to ensure a seamless, memorable experience for staff and clients alike.Earlier ExperienceIn 2005, I began my career as a nail technician, launching and operating my own business where I built a loyal client base and developed a strong focus on service quality, consistency, and client retention.In 2008, I joined a credit union as Lead Teller and Vault Teller, managing a team of tellers and overseeing vault operations, cash accuracy, and daily balancing standards. During that time, I continued operating my nail business in the evenings and on weekends, managing both with precision and care.In 2009, I took on an official role with my family’s company, Tiger Self Storage — a business I had helped support since childhood. From the time I could count money and run a computer, I was helping manage customers, payments, and office operations while my parents were away. Growing up around entrepreneurship gave me a firsthand understanding of accountability, consistency, and customer care. Later (2009-2019), I led day-to-day operations, managed sales and client success, and oversaw facility maintenance, implementing process improvements that increased efficiency and strengthened long-term client relationships.In 2014, I transitioned my nail business to an office within Tiger Self Storage, successfully running both operations in unison while supporting the broader family business. This period strengthened my ability to balance multiple responsibilities, streamline operations, and deliver consistent client experiences across two growing businesses.From there, I transitioned into the technology industry, joining a web development company as a Sales Development Representative. In that role, I gained valuable experience in cold outreach, lead generation, client success, and account management. Those combined experiences — from customer-facing service and entrepreneurial operations to sales and systems management — built the foundation for my transition into the tax and financial services sector, where I continue to blend structure, relationships, and measurable results.

I’m client-obsessed, process-driven, and deeply passionate about helping people and businesses grow through clarity, connection, and structure. My career has taken me through financial services, operations, and client success leadership — but the common thread has always been people. I love building systems that create calm out of chaos, help teams perform their best, and make clients feel genuinely supported.Outside of work, I’m a self-proclaimed chef who loves crafting dishes for my family, traveling and exploring new places, and spending time outdoors. I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by good food, great music, and even better company — especially my family, who remind me daily why balance and gratitude matter.No matter the setting, my goal remains the same: to help people find value — in their work, their growth, and the relationships that connect it all.
